With the anticipated arrival of Storm Eunice on Friday, Shaftesbury Town Council have put together some helpful emergency contacts and websites where you are able to access the most up to date information.

Fallen Trees, large branches, blocked roads.

The roads and pavements in and around Shaftesbury are managed by Dorset Highways – any concerns that impact the highways should be reported to them directly.

Dorset Council Highways: 01305 221 020  Phone lines are open 24 hours a day for issues that require immediate attention. Please listen to the automated attendant and select the appropriate option.

If you are calling outside of office hours, dial option 4 for highways emergencies.

Always dial 999 if life is in immediate danger.
