Litter bins
The Town Council owns and manages a large number of litter bins around the town. However, there are also many that are managed by Dorset Council.
If you need to report a problem with a bin please quote the Shaftesbury Town Council bin reference (found on a sticker on the bin, e.g LB5). If there is no sticker it may well be one of Dorset Council’s bins. You can view the map below to check which bins are managed by Dorset Council (grey circles) or Shaftesbury Town Council (coloured and numbered).
