Making representation to the Town Council:
The Town Council is pleased to receive representations, which can be made in the following way:
- By attending the Council meetings and making representation during the public consultation periods which take place at the start and end of each meeting. Meetings of the Council and its Committees commence at 7:00pm (unless otherwise stated).
- By writing to the Town Council office where the correspondence will be forwarded to the appropriate Committee chair for consideration.
- By telephoning the Town Council office or your ward member, who will forward the matter to the appropriate Committee chair for consideration.
