With just over six weeks to go, plans for the King’s Coronation Celebration Weekend (Saturday 6 – Monday 8 May) are taking shape and we are excited to be delivering a fun-filled weekend of activities for all ages. 

Across the three days, residents and visitors will be able to enjoy music, a crown hunt (in the newly opened St James’ Park) and a Byzant Ceremony, as well as food and refreshments. As a community event, we are delighted to be working collaboratively with local organisations, including Shaftesbury Fairtrade and Shaftesbury Abbey to bring these plans to life.
