Public Event

Following the appointments of our new Mayor and Deputy Mayor, we would like to cordially invite our residents to attend our official Mayor Making ceremony on Thursday 1st June at the Town Hall.

Tea, coffee and cake will be served from 5.30pm in the Guildhall with the ceremony taking place at 6pm in the Council Chamber.

We do hope that you are able to join us in marking this special occasion.
